My focus is functional fitness, longevity, and mental wellbeing. As we age, recovery slows and stress hits harder—but that doesn’t mean decline. It means training smarter.
My classes build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence through simple, repeatable movement—steady, safe, and sustainable.
It’s more than exercise. We finish with coffee and connection, because community matters too.
